Roadmap

Roadmap is defined at DAO level and guild level where targets are aligned to execute DAO mission while enabling long-term goals. Roadmaps will be reviewed, updated and adjusted every 3 months starting from TGE to reflect status and realign the community efforts.

Monthly sprints will be detailed around the milestones specified in the roadmaps.

2024 Q4 - 2025 Q1

• Whitepaper & Project Kickoff: Shape the DAO structure, scope of operations, infrastructure and tools determination aligning our vision with actionable goals.

• Launch DAO Docs: Complete the v1 documentation framework for DAO operations, governance, and technical guidelines.

• Tokenomics and Community Plan: Define the high level economic model, token allocation, token utility, and distribution strategies to incentivize contributors.

• Establish DAO Operational Tools: Deploy collaboration and governance tools like voting platforms and project management systems. [In Work: Vanguard Council]

• Community Identity Development: Cohesive brand visuals, tone of voice, typography, and communication strategy to reflect our mission and values. [In Work: Vanguard Council]

• Deploy Guilds with Contributors: Onboard early contributors and operationalize guild-specific activities.

• Collaboration with External Communities: Begin partnerships with other DAOs, industry players, and technical communities to leverage DePIN tools, open-source resources.

• Beta Sentrix and Modules Rollout: Test and iterate Sentrix architecture with initial IoT modules released for beta testing.

• dApp Development Release: Development release of dApp including authentication and controls testing

2025 Q2 - Q3

• 10 IoT Module Design Release: Finalize and release 10 IoT modules for extensive use cases.

• Closed Testnet: Manufacturing & Quality: Launch a closed testnet for decentralized manufacturing and associated quality checks.

• Closed Testnet: Blockchain Integration: Test and validate blockchain-based tools and smart contracts for IoT controls and feedback.

• Guild Growth and Decentralization:

  • Scale to 50 Architects: Focus on designing and standardizing modules, workflows, and systems.

  • Scale to 50 Forgers: Execute manufacturing, quality control, and deployment efforts.

• Sentrix Upgrade: Enhance Sentrix based on feedback from beta testing for scalability and modularity.

• Mobile dApp Beta Release: Initial release of Mobile dApp for Sentrix and modules control for improved end-user experience.

• Open Testnet Launch: Expand testnet to include a larger contributor base for broader validation of DAO processes and blockchain integration of IoT modules.

• Global Hardware Testing Campaign: Leverage the distributed network to stress-test modules in diverse environments.

• DAO Knowledge Base Release: Develop a centralized repository for open-source technical documents and research.

2025 Q4 - 2026 Q1

• 100 IoT Module Designs: Expand the module library to meet diverse use cases across sectors.

• Marketplace Launch: Marketplace for Sentrix and modules developed by Architects and manufactured by Forgers for global reach.

• Decentralized Governance: Improving community governance for strategic decisions of technical development path and community growth.

• R&D Funding Programs: Allocate funds for community-driven research and development initiatives in hardware, IoT, and blockchain integration.
