Hangar DAO’s proposed home automation system revolves around a local central hub, the Sentrix, bridging the gap between local smart home modules and the Solana blockchain:
Local Communication: Sentrix connects to smart home modules via secure Wi-Fi, facilitating rapid data exchange within the home network.
Blockchain Relay: Sentrix acting as an intermediary, the hub processes user commands received via the blockchain and relays them to the respective modules, when required.
Data Aggregation: Sentrix collects data from modules and transmits it back to users through the blockchain, ensuring secure communication and authentication.
Processing Power: Sentrix will provide processing power to the peripheral modules, where complex data processing is required to enhance module functions. To enable simpler and low-cost peripheral modules, programmable logics or AI-models may be off-loaded to the hub, as required.

Users interact with the Sentrix and interconnected modules through wallet-connected mobile applications and Web3-enabled websites:
